{"id":242,"date":"2022-04-08T11:41:45","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T09:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nettuno-fiduciaria.it\/en\/?post_type=servizi&#038;p=242"},"modified":"2022-04-08T11:41:46","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T09:41:46","slug":"family-holding-companies","status":"publish","type":"services","link":"https:\/\/www.nettuno-fiduciaria.it\/en\/services\/family-holding-companies\/","title":{"rendered":"Family holding companies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Family holding companies, whether \u201cpure\u201d or \u201cmixed\u201d, are obliged to submit various types of reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPure holding companies\u201d are those formed for the sole purpose of buying and selling shareholdings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to ATAD legislation, \u201cmixed holding companies\u201d are those formed for the main purpose of producing goods or services, engaging in consulting or other types of activities, and for the secondary purpose of buying and selling shareholdings, for which \u201cfinancial prevalence\u201d has been verified. The \u201cfinancial prevalence\u201d requirement is met when, considering the assets recorded in the last full financial year, the overall value of the shareholdings held and of the other assets in place with investees (financial receivables and guarantees) exceed 50% of the total assets.
